The CREW Houston Annual Luncheon delivered powerful insights on trends and current events shaping commercial real estate. With Hans Nordby and Kevin Roberts from Transwestern leading the discussion, the room was filled with energy and fresh perspectives. It was an inspiring event filled with meaningful conversations, familiar faces, and new connections across Houston’s CRE community.
The Luna Awards in Houston are an event that celebrates the achievements of women, women-owned businesses, and advocates in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. Hosted by the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA), the awards recognize individuals and companies that promote and develop women at all levels within these fields. Congratulations to all the honorees.
The energy was electric at NAIOP Houston’s 30th Fall Event! Jing and Deborah attended, joining clients, colleagues, and new faces who share a passion for what we do. From the pre-happy hour to the main event, the evening captured everything we love about this industry—the people, the purpose, and the relationships built along the way.
Las Colinas is entering an exciting new chapter. Rosewood Property Company, alongside equity partner Barings, has launched construction on The Gilman, a luxury multifamily community that is central to Rosewood’s 18-acre master-planned development in Irving, Texas.
This past month was nothing short of extraordinary for Deborah as she stayed busy across Houston’s industry and networking scene. From comedy and construction to kayaking, sandcastles, and mentorship, she was everywhere making meaningful connections and celebrating the community. Here’s a recap of her whirlwind month:
Happy Birthday to our incredible Vice President of Business Development, Deborah Gross!
September traditionally marks the end of summer and return of school bells, packed lunches, and familiar routines. For architects focused on K–12 projects, back-to-school season also signals a shift toward helping school districts finalize budgets, prepare for upcoming bond elections, and engage communities around future investments.
Back to school season is always a reminder of growth and fresh beginnings. Just as our PRISM kids are stepping into new classrooms, we are grateful for the chance to keep learning, adapting, and growing alongside our clients.
PRISM kids are officially back in session, from elementary, middle school, and college. We’re cheering them on as they start fresh chapters of learning and growth. One special highlight is that one of our students got to start the 2025-2026 school year at the brand-new, beautiful Cypress Christian School campus in Bridgeland, designed by longtime client Studio RED Architects.
Our Vice President of Project Management, Vivian Peng, has spent 11 years at PRISM writing a story of leadership, passion, and care. From guiding our project management team to supporting our clients, she makes excellence look effortless. Vivian, we celebrate your incredible journey and the heart you bring to everything you do. Happy Anniversary!
