When a development of this scale needs to tell its story, the visuals have to do more than illustrate. They need to inspire. That's exactly what PRISM set out to deliver for Project Luong, the team behind one of the Mid-Atlantic's most ambitious destinations: Weldon Mills Resort, anchored by the new Mattel Wonder Indoor Waterpark.

Project Luong's approach goes beyond delivering a project. Bringing PRISM on board to produce 8 architectural renderings spanning the full resort district reflects that same standard, developed with a dual purpose: to power the public marketing campaign and to anchor the investor package. The rendering suite spans aerial perspectives of the waterfront promenade to ground-level vignettes of the plaza, venues, and waterpark experience. Each rendering crafted to communicate not just architecture, but atmosphere.
 
The project is backed by Carida Capital Group as sponsor, American Resort Management handling operations, and Martin Aquatic leading aquatic design.
 
Situated at the most-traveled I-95 exit in the region at Carolina Crossroads Entertainment District, Weldon Mills Resort is a year-round, stay-and-play destination within a four-hour drive of 17 million people, bringing together hospitality, family entertainment, live music, sports, dining, and local culture in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
 
The Mattel Wonder Indoor Waterpark brings beloved brands like Barbie and Hot Wheels to life in an all-weather experience designed for every generation. Surrounding it:
