The Gilman Breaks Ground

Las Colinas is entering an exciting new chapter. Rosewood Property Company, alongside equity partner Barings, has launched construction on The Gilman, a luxury multifamily community that is central to Rosewood’s 18-acre master-planned development in Irving, Texas.
