The company’s niche is shallow-bay projects catering to smaller tenants. Their next development, scheduled to open in Q3, Freehill Selma is located off IH-35 in northeast San Antonio.
It consists of three buildings totaling 127,500 s.f. The prime location is only 20 miles from central San Antonio and 60 miles from Austin.
