PRISM developed over a dozen exterior and interior renderings to help the developer’s request for rezoning the site for high density residential use. By showing the unique aspects of The Mustang in vivid detail, the ruling municipality approved the request. Residents of The Mustang and their guests will feel the difference from the first step into the main lobby. After passing the monumental signage and elaborate porte cochere of the central courtyard, the two-story lobby provides a warm welcome with a concierge ready to provide service. For those working remotely, a business center and private office suites offer professional sophistication. There is also a conference room, library, private resident dining room, fitness studio, bike storage, elegant pool deck, and sky lounge with a coffee bar and stunning views of Lake Carolyn. Living units feature matchless attention to finishes and details, such as the chef’s kitchen with upgraded appliances, wine refrigerators, and natural stone counters. Bathrooms have full tile surrounds, free standing bathtubs, frameless glass doors in the showers, built-in niches, and custom built-in closets.
