Location is king for Kyle
The City of Kyle may be known as the Pie Capital of Texas. But city and Hays County officials also want everyone to know the area is wide open for business. Alliance Industrial Company is putting their stake in the ground with the new Kyle 35 Logistics Park. The 1.4 million SF industrial development sits right off I-35 on the stretch known as the Texas Innovation Corridor. PRISM produced an animation for project marketing and leasing.
Kyle is located conveniently between San Antonio and Austin. Alliance Industrial has already secured capital investment and held a project groundbreaking in June. The development will total five facilities, ranging in size from 140,000 SF to 475,000 SF, and can accommodate single or multi-tenant use. Clear heights in each building vary, from 36 to 40 feet. Layouts can be either single-loaded or cross-docked. Ample employee and trailer surface parking will surround the buildings. Alliance Industrial used PRISM’s animation to show the project’s easy access to main distribution points surrounding Kyle, expansion capabilities, exterior signage opportunities, and easily navigable truck access.
