Mention “ice house” to anyone outside of Texas and they may think you’re talking about an igloo. Texas ice houses of decades past kept perishables cold. Today’s ice houses are casual community spots for cold drinks and friendly gatherings. Kirby Ice House does socializing at Texas scale: big selection (50+ beers on tap), big indoor and outdoor space (over 20,000 s.f.), and plenty of parking (over 3-acres).
Heath, Texas, proudly promotes itself as a premier outdoor lifestyle community—and for good reason. Nestled on the eastern shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, just 25 miles from Dallas, this small city boasts two top-tier golf courses, a yacht club, and 17 miles of scenic hike-and-bike trails. Visitors can expect an experiential destination for all ages. PRISM created the conceptual renderings to promote the project within the community.
