Where Team Culture Crosses Continents
At PRISM, culture isn’t defined by physical proximity, it’s defined by connection. Even as a fully remote team, with most of us in Houston, one in Tucson, and Jinky in the Philippines, we have built strong relationships rooted in trust, shared values, and consistent care for one another. Distance doesn’t limit collaboration here; in many ways, it strengthens it.
That spirit was beautifully reflected last week when Jing and Jinky both happened to be in China celebrating Chinese New Year with friends and family. For the first time, they were able to meet in person and share a wonderful lunch together. What felt natural and familiar in conversation was simply the continuation of a relationship already built over time — proof that meaningful bonds can grow even across continents.
For more than two years, Jinky has been a steady and trusted presence at PRISM. As our Executive Administrator, she supports every team member in countless ways and confidently steps into client-facing roles when needed. Though based in the Philippines, her presence is felt daily.
We are deeply grateful for Jinky’s dedication, heart, and the strength she brings to our team. Our culture is stronger because of her, and we are truly blessed to have her as part of the PRISM family.
