When Renovation Becomes Repositioning
Transformation often begins with reimagining what already exists. This office building renovation demonstrates how thoughtful design and visualization can drive meaningful repositioning.
PRISM worked closely with DEK Studio to produce interior and exterior renderings used throughout design review and final design presentations. These visuals played a key role in aligning teams and supported decision making that helped bring clarity to a complex renovation effort.
The scope of renovations and upgrades includes:
- The reimagined exterior entry is transformed by removing two floors of the front facade and introducing a new structural glass system. This change creates transparency, improves visibility, and establishes a new identity for the building.
- A renovated lobby that functions as a redefined front door, with updated finishes and lighting that elevate the arrival experience and reinforce the building’s repositioning strategy.
- The adaptive reuse of underutilized interior spaces, including the conversion of a former employee cafeteria into an innovation center with an employee health clinic and gym. These upgrades support wellness, collaboration, and a modern workplace environment.
- The creation of a corporate gallery on the second floor, carved out of unused office space and designed as an immersive environment that highlights the company’s history and growth.
All renovations and upgrades are scheduled to be completed this year, bringing renewed energy and purpose to the building while extending the value of the existing asset.
This project underscores the value of visualization in renovation efforts, helping project teams align early, communicate clearly, and move forward with confidence. We are grateful to partner with teams who see opportunity in transformation and are shaping what comes next.
