Next up Clear Lake
Another Kirby Ice House is officially on the way and this time it is headed to Clear Lake. Plans are moving forward for a $5 million, 20,000 square foot destination at 530 Bay Area Blvd, bringing the brand’s signature indoor and outdoor energy to one of Houston’s fastest growing areas.
This will mark the fifth Houston area Kirby Ice House location, joining Upper Kirby, Memorial, The Woodlands, and the Heights. PRISM produced the rendering for the Clear Lake site, helping bring the vision to life and support early marketing efforts.
The future location will include:
- A 9,000 square foot indoor bar space
- 10,000 square feet of expansive outdoor patio
- Designed for big crowds, long hangs, and all-day social energy
Construction is currently underway, with an anticipated opening in Fall of 2026. Houston based Energy Architecture is the listed design firm for the project.
This new location is set to become a standout gathering place for Clear Lake.
