New industrial in TX Innovation Corridor

In its second year of business, Freehill Development Company already has five substantial projects underway. PRISM worked with Freehill president, Will Paton, to develop marketing renderings for two of their projects - Clovis Crossing in San Marcos and 1300 Westinghouse in Georgetown, Texas.

Both industrial developments are scheduled to open in 2023. 1300 Westinghouse totals 176,546 s.f. split among four buildings. Each features an upscale materials palette for their respective storefront entries. Clovis Crossing is comprised of two buildings that total 213,125 s.f. The prime location at the southern end of the Texas Innovation Corridor is also within a few miles of Texas State University, an H-E-B distribution center, and a large Amazon fulfillment center. Transwestern is the leasing broker for both developments.
