Parkwest brings flavor to Katy
A new wave of flavor and energy is coming to Katy. The Centre at Parkwest, developed by Main Street Commercial Partners, is transforming 4.5 acres along I-10 into a lively destination for dining and retail. With growth accelerating across the area and major brands like In-N-Out Burger, DICK’S Sporting Goods, and Walmart nearby, this new center is perfectly positioned in the heart of Katy’s growth corridor.
To help bring the vision to life, PRISM produced an exterior rendering for one of the retail pad sites and an aerial drone superimposed image illustrating how the new development fits within its surrounding context. The visuals highlight the proposed architecture with bold signage and inviting outdoor seating that reflect the energy and character of the brands soon to call the project home.
Leading the lineup are The Kebab Shop and Velvet Taco, two fast-casual favorites known for their fresh flavors and lively atmospheres. Both restaurants will anchor the new development, setting the tone for what’s to come as construction progresses toward its anticipated delivery in spring 2026.
