Ten years ago, I made one of the best decisions of my professional life—joining Vistage International, one of the world’s leading private advisory boards for CEOs, executives, and business owners.

Being a business owner can be incredibly rewarding, but also isolating. I never wanted to be the cap that limits my business or my team. To truly grow, I needed to open my mind, challenge my assumptions, and surround myself with other driven, thoughtful leaders. Through my decade-long journey with Vistage, I’ve learned that:

"If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room."
"Growth begins at the end of your comfort zone."

I'm endlessly grateful to my fellow Vistage members; we’ve shared war stories, best practices, and our toughest challenges. Our monthly executive sessions and one-on-one deep dives have been game-changers in how I think, lead, and build.

A heartfelt thank you to Christine Spray, my Vistage Chair, mentor, and friend. Christine is a best-selling author, Vistage Master Chair, and National Speaker. Her wisdom, passion, tough love, and genuine support have not only helped shape my business but also shaped me as a leader.

I’m also proud to have seen my colleagues Sarah Amos and Deborah Gross stepping into their own Vistage journeys several years ago. Sarah has joined Christine’s Key Executive Group, and Deborah is part of the Trusted Advisor Group. Their personal and professional growth, and the confidence they bring to our team, have been incredible to witness.
