“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” St. Luke’s United Methodist Church wants all of Houston to be Transformed. It’s the vision for their capital campaign launched in 2021. Today, that vision is taking the form of a new community center under construction in Sharpstown.

The new two-story center is located on the St. Luke’s United Methodist Church Gethsemane Campus and will total 55,000 s.f. It will have space for the St. Luke’s Gethsemane youth programming, plus other community organizations. Jackson & Ryan Architects designed the center, which is the largest component of the Transformed capital campaign. PRISM developed photorealistic 3D renderings to support the fundraising.

Construction is underway and expected to be complete early to mid-Fall 2023.  The project is the fulfillment of the St. Luke’s dream – A City Transformed by the Love of Jesus. PRISM is honored to be a part of impacting the city together.
