April Founder's Message

It is hard to believe we are already in the second quarter — time flies when the work is this good.

Q1 at PRISM was strong. We completed over 30 projects, welcomed 12 new clients, and continued serving 12 active ones, something we never take for granted. Our work spanned 22 cities across four states and touched nearly every sector: commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, worship, and education. Our proposal win rate and average project size both grew significantly this quarter, and I believe that reflects something deeper than business performance. It reflects the trust our clients place in us and the commitment this team brings to every single project.

The pipeline looks equally promising. Behind the scenes we have been exploring AI integration and expanding our presence in the legal and oil & gas industries, all focused on finding smarter, more effective ways to serve our clients.
